Art Excursions, Inc.

Art Excursions offers a variety of private tours of special exhibitions, museums, architecture and public sculpture. All tours are led personally by either Jeff Mishur or Dr. Michelle Paluch-Mishur, both of whom are native to the Chicago area.

In his capacity as our tour director, Jeff Mishur travels to various U.S. cities. Some of our private tour clients have reached out to Jeff for special tours in Seattle, New York and other cities at a time when he was in town.

Private guiding is designed for those who appreciate the personal attention of an expert who has planned a tour specifically to suit their needs and pace as opposed to joining an ad hoc group of tourists led by a docent with a memorized script. Private group tours are also available.

Three people from Nyack, NY coordinated their schedules to meet Jeff Mishur the day before he hosted our New York Art, Architecture and Gardens Tour. They met at The Metropolitan Museum of Art where Jeff provided a tour highlighting works from the museum’s American Wing.

For a girlfriends getaway in Chicago, Jeff Mishur provided a private guided tour at The Museum of Contemporary Art followed by a private highlights tour of The Art Institute of Chicago with a narrated walk between the two venues.
